ArchiveThe 2003 summer appears one of the coolest. Is that so? Only 12°C for this June with 160% of normal monthly rainfall. The early summer can appear here third of the coolest season for all the observation period since 1921. One may assume the new "ice age" begins, after cold winter and spring. But, an awful heat in western Europe does not allow to think so. Recently I have returned from a journey, so pleasant despite of a foul weather. I have traveled to Cheboksary at the Volga river some 800 km east of Moscow. There I have developed two reports and consulted on local problems. The visit has stuck to my memory, due mainly to the nature and remarkable native arts of the Chuvash peoples. Estimably is the local agriculture with corn, soybean, barley and hop. And, dancing under bagpipe country music and a river cruise were wonderful! Well, one after another, I inform about the current activity, replaced old "news" into the archive.
